Job Requirements for IT Technician Role at Customs Support Group
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. 
- Conduct training sessions for basic computer technical issue resolution. 
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot complex technical problems. 
- Ensure security and confidentiality of organizational data through IT policy enforcement. 
- Assist in setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software installations. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to and prioritize help desk tickets with excellent customer service.

Person Specification

- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities. Customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
