About the Role
We are looking for an all-around Marketing Communications Manager for strategic support and tactical execution of business development and operations in Poland and CEE region. This role is ideal for a proactive and versatile marketer who can effectively localize global strategies while executing high-impact campaigns tailored to regional needs. You’ll work closely with our CEE Management, Sales, and Group marketing teams, translating group messaging into relevant, local content and campaigns that drive lead generation, employee branding, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and sales targets in Poland and CEE.
Adapt and implement Group-level messaging, content, and brand assets for local use.
Execute integrated campaigns including email marketing, marketing automation, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with Sales to generate leads through targeted content and outreach strategies.
Support with market research & insights.
Manage local marketing budget
Sales Enablement
Develop localized sales materials: presentations, flyers, brochures, case studies, and client success stories.
Support campaign activation through the creation of supporting visuals, assets, and messaging aligned with commercial goals.
Develop digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
Digital & Content Marketing
Manage and update the local website, including Polish translations and original content creation.
Write and publish blog articles, case studies, landing pages, newsletters, and SEO-driven content relevant to local audiences.
Own and execute regular customer newsletter
Communications & Public Relations
Manage internal communications: draft updates, support town halls, events and maintain the local intranet. Boost employee branding.
Coordinate external comms: write newsletters, blogs, and customer stories tailored to the CEE region.
Oversee PR activities with the local agency.
Ensure consistent message flow between Group, local operations, and customers.
Event management
Plan, manage, and execute local marketing events, exhibitions, and customer workshops.
Coordinate webinars, including content preparation, speaker support, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
Support event logistics, budget management, asset preparation, and campaign integration to maximize ROI.
Job requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar.
5+ years of experience in marketing in B2B.
Fluent in English.
Good speaker with strong copywriting and communication skills (both Polish and English).
Experience with HubSpot, CRM tools, GA, SEO, marketing automation, website CMS platforms and other marketing tools. Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with design tools.
Demonstrated experience in event planning and execution.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
Self-starter with a commercial mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Knowledge of the logistics/supply chain sector is a plus.
