Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our Strategy & Integration Office. In this role, you will support our team by maintaining organized documentation, coordinating simple tasks, and helping ensure smooth execution of strategy activities and daily operations. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with different functions. Based in our TechHub in Poland, the role has a European scope, providing essential support to strategic initiatives across all countries of the Group. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet stakeholders. You will report directly to the Head of the Strategy and Integration Office.

This role provides a great opportunity to build a strong foundation and develop further across a variety of functions. It’s an excellent starting point for someone looking to develop their career in these fields.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Strategy & Integration team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist in gathering and consolidating information from different country teams for reports and presentations (mainly in Excel and PowerPoint).
• Help organize internal meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
• Assist with preparing and updating various documents, presentations, and templates for strategic and post-merger integration projects.
• Support the maintenance of guidelines and policies (e.g., Post-Merger Integration Handbook).
• Help ensure that large consolidated files and materials (mainly in PowerPoint and Excel) are clear, consistent, and well-structured.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining content on shared sites and digital platforms.
• Help keep an up-to-date online presence for all office locations (e.g., Google Maps).
• Support other simple administrative tasks to help daily office operations run smoothly.

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, International Relations, or a related field.

 

Experience

·       A junior professional or graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, project coordination, or strategy support.

·       Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Experience with other digital tools (e.g., Google My Business, project management tools) is a plus.

·       Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
