Job description

Support team members across departments by troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, and promoting data security. Train employees to independently handle basic computer technical issues and encourage proactive issue reporting to enforce IT policies.

Job requirements

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower employees in resolving basic computer technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of organizational data through the enforcement of IT policies.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software installations.
  • Integrate Azure cloud solutions into the existing infrastructure.
  • Apply strong networking expertise to optimize and troubleshoot network configurations.
  • Leverage experience in company migrations to seamlessly integrate acquired companies into our environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to and prioritize help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and system optimizations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies to provide proactive recommendations.
  • Document IT procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.

Experience

  • 2 + Years experience

Knowledge

  • Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Strong networking experience.
  • Previous experience in company migrations.
