Job description
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible of the day-to-day management of the data processing team, ensure timely clearance of import shipments, hold regular team meetings, make sure all procedures are adhered to at all times, training when required plus manage all customer invoicing and any compliance issues. A pivotal role that requires you to manage and motive others whilst leading by example and ensuring all company policies and processes are being adhered to.
Experience in Excel is an advantage but ultimately the ability to expand on basic knowledge and learn new systems is more important. The role requires a strong team ethic but also the ability to work proactively on your own.
