Job description

About Customs Support Group

Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading independent customs services provider. Founded in 1964, we operate in 14 European countries with 100+ offices and a team of 1,700+ customs professionals.

We help companies move goods across borders smoothly and compliantly, taking the pressure out of customs.

What we do: We support more than 60,000 clients and process over 20 million declaration lines each year.

From day-to-day customs declarations to compliance, duty optimization and trade advice, we make cross-border trade easier and more predictable.

How we work: We combine local customs expertise with modern digital tools to handle complex customs and trade requirements accurately and efficiently.

Our specialists work closely with clients to navigate regulatory complexity, identify risks, strengthen compliance frameworks, and optimize international trade processes.

Why it matters: Customs, export controls, and international trade regulations are becoming increasingly complex. Regulatory changes, geopolitical developments, and growing compliance expectations create both risks and opportunities for internationally operating businesses.

CSG helps clients stay compliant, manage these risks proactively, and build customs and trade processes that support sustainable business growth.

Why Join Us

At CSG, you will join a growing international organization at the heart of European customs and international trade.

You will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex customs, trade compliance, and export control matters.

  • Take ownership of challenging consulting projects from initial analysis through implementation and delivery.

  • Develop customized compliance strategies that have a direct impact on our clients’ international operations.

  • Work closely with customers, authorities, internal specialists, and commercial teams across a broad range of industries.

  • Use your expertise to turn commercial opportunities and qualified leads into valuable consulting engagements.

  • Contribute to the development of our Customs & Trade Compliance offering, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Share your expertise with colleagues and support the development of less experienced consultants.

You will also have an important commercial role. Working closely with Sales, you will use your expertise to develop qualified opportunities into concrete consulting projects, support pitches and proposals, build trusted customer relationships, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

As a senior member of the Customs & Trade Compliance team, you will contribute to quality assurance, establish best practices, share knowledge, and support the professional development of other consultants.
