We are currently recruiting Recruitment Specialist able to work on-site in our office located in Plac Konesera in Warsaw. This is a hands-on role with real impact and autonomy.

📍 Location: Warsaw (hybrid work mode)

💼 Contract type: Employment contract (UoP)

⏰ Availability: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Run full-cycle recruitment processes independently (from intake to offer)

  • Focus on hiring for finance, operations, and administrative positions

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate technical interviews with an internal expert

  • Actively source candidates (LinkedIn, direct search, etc.)

  • Ensure a great candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process

  • Stay adaptable in a fast-changing business environment


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

  • Proven track record in recruiting finance and operations profiles

  • Strong independence and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setup

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – we’re looking for someone sharp and dependable

  • Very good command of English (international working environment)

  • Based in or open to hybrid work from Warsaw
