Customs Support Group (CSG) is Europe’s leading provider of customs services, operating across 13 countries. As part of our mission to deliver seamless customs solutions, we are undergoing a digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. We are seeking a dynamic Finance System Analyst to join our growing team and help drive the finance system change across the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Business Central either from n MSD Partner or end user.
The Finance System Analyst will work out of Poland and is required to assist in rolling out the CSG Business Central blueprint group-wide across 13 European countries. This individual will ensure each localisation is configured and aligned to group policies across R2R, P2P and O2C.
Working with third party Microsoft Partner and the local finance teams, the consultant will complete configuration, set up and complete first line user acceptance testing in process and on all interfaces between Business Central and other business systems. They will have a good understanding of Business Central data tables and experience in creating Power Query and Power BI reporting.
Tasks:
• Setup repeatable configuration tailored to local market requirements
• First line testing of all interfaces and configuration
• Data setup management including sales price lists, Items, customers, vendors
• Test permission set changes to limit access in line with group policies
• Work on multiple projects arranging UAT training and UAT Testing
• Setting up Continia Document Capture
• Creation of Power Query reports
• Creation of Power BI reports (nice to have)
Job requirements
Skill set required:
• Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Professional experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central end to end (with MS Partner or from end user)
• Firm understanding of BC Finance module, as well as competency in financial/accounting business processes
• Firm understanding of Business Central tables
• Confident, consultative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both individually and within a team
• Knowledge of Business Central tables in webservices to create Power Query (or Power BI Reports nice to have).
• Experience in a working across multiple BC environments

• Work to project scope, identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Customs Support Group
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and partners via project management tool Jira
• Strong Excel Skills
Required qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in Business Central system implementation, preferably in an international context
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English both verbal and written; additional European languages are a plus
• Comfortable with ambiguity and must be a self-starter
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Suite
