Job description
As a Business Development Manager your focus will be on growing CSG IE; extending the reach of our service portfolio to increase revenue, identifying new sales leads, pitching CSG’s services and building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and suppliers. Expand CSG’s current sectors by researching new sectors, identifying and driving new business opportunities and solution selling our go to market service portfolio.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
v Build and maintain a pipeline in Salesforce in accordance with company guidelines.
v Target and qualify a list of potential clients in focus industries.
v Gain new business and target new companies.
v Provide client and target information, maintaining CRM with for every sales call and visit.
v Represent the company and events and trade shows.
v Generate sales leads to overseas offices and network, establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
v Present pipeline and activities extensively using Salesforce (dashboard) to management.

WHAT TO EXPECT
v The work is fully remote, ability to travel throughout the IE with occasional EU/UK travel.
v Valid driving licence (travel will be required).
v The working environment can at times be stressful, as much of the work is aimed at meeting tight delivery deadlines.
Job requirements
v Valid driving licence (travel will be required).
v Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
v 3+ years prior experience in account management essential - business development experience desirable.
v Proven sales/ account management experience and a strong sales/ retention record.
v A commercial mindset with a history of new business development, always pinpointing new opportunities for growth and succeeding.
v Self-confident, purposeful with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
v Knowledge of the IE customs market.
v Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
v Ability to identify market leads and convert them into business opportunities.
v Effective communication and people skills.
v Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
v Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
v Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
v Initiative-taking and confident
