About the role:

As an (Associate) Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting functions and European countries with initiative implementation and project execution. Your responsibilities include overseeing project scope, planning, scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to established methodologies. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and changes. Another essential aspect of your role will involve identifying interdependencies among key projects, aligned with the company's strategy. You'll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing an agile approach to project management. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet stakeholders or oversee project activities across multiple European locations. Reporting directly to the Head of the Strategy and Integration Office, you'll be at the forefront of driving project success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of assigned projects and strategic initiatives, serving as a key driver to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Execute well-defined projects and change initiatives under the supervision of the Head of the Strategy and Integration Office.
  • Offer guidance to project teams and monitor activities associated with initiatives, including suggestions to improve key processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders and management.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and application of post-merger integration methodologies within the area of expertise.
  • Support additional local projects based on business needs and priorities.

About you:

  • Expertise in developing and implementing methods, standards, and techniques across various projects.
  • Proactive and results-driven team player, delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, with additional languages considered a plus, especially German, Polish, and Dutch.
