Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customs Agents to work in a dynamic international environment and support our Benelux team. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring compliance of customs operations with applicable regulations and supporting international logistics processes.

 

 Main Responsibilities:

•            Preparing and verifying customs documentation in accordance with national and international regulations

•            Cooperating with customs authorities and regulatory institutions

•            Handling customs declarations and executing customs clearance procedures

•            Monitoring changes in customs regulations and advising on their application

•            Communicating with clients and suppliers on customs matters and resolving clearance-related issues

•            Collaborating with the Customs team in the Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Requirements:

•            Experience in a similar role

•            Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures

•            Proficiency in customs systems and ERP software

•            Business proficiency in English

•            Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-border team

•            Accuracy, reliability, and organizational skills

•            Openness to business travel to the Netherlands/Belgium from time to time
